At Frost & Finch, we work to make sure your order is packed carefully and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping location, and available delivery options.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Frost & Finch is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
